After viewing Matt Hardy's newest video online stating that the past year has basically been the shits for him in the WWE, the question posed by him was what should he do? Options for Matt include staying with the WWE, going to TNA, or restarting OMEGA.
I'm not gonna sit here and talk about what he SHOULD do, I'm just gonna talk about about what I'd like to see him do, and that is I'd like to see Matt restart OMEGA... badly. I'm not saying this because it's the BEST scenario, but for purely selfish reasons. Point blank: I miss OMEGA.
ECW has been resurrected, killed, and dredged up again. The wrestlers are on their way out moreso than they are in their primes, and at this point I'm pretty much tired of seeing these guys in the same roles.
That said, OMEGA could possibly bring in guys that are in their prime with wrestlers like Matt & Jeff Hardy, Shannon Moore, and Shane Helms, not to mention providing a showcase for newer talent to shine. They also have the ability to bring back guys like Christian York and, if he gets out of dodge soon, Joey Matthews.

Some Thoughts on Raw & NXT
Hello Everyone! Wanted to blog a few thoughts about this week's Raw & NXT. I'm going to be posting a blog tomorrow on TNA's PPV, as well as on tonight's iMPACT! show, so we'll skip TNA for now...
Raw Thoughts:
- Why in the hell did they replace Jim Ross' voice with Michael "Vintage" Cole in the opening? Makes no sense whatsoever. If you're gonna do that then atleast put Heenan or Monsoon's voice on there. Lord Alfred Hayes? Anyone but Michael Cole.
- Coolest. RKO. Ever. 'Nuff said.
- The Miz has got a mean-streak for sure. Awesome segment with the beatdown on Mark Henry.
- Wonder if Justin Gabriel's gonna get fired for not hitting that 450 flushly on Cena. Well, he didn't spit on him afterwards, so he may get a pass...
-Not sure why Sheamus would save John Cena. Wouldn't he want Cena as injured as possible for Sunday?
NXT Thoughts:
- I really enjoy Mark Henry's work a whole lot more when he shows that violent side like he did on Tuesday. The guy is a BEAST when booked correctly.
- Really starting to like the "Varsity Villain" persona. It's different, and Riley portrays the character perfectly. Makes you wonder how close the character is to Riley's own personality.
- I cringed when Lucky Cannon took to the steel steps to the face while diving to the outside. His own fault though. You gotta know where you are at all times or you can end up seriously injured. He got extremely lucky (pun intended) he didn't do more harm to himself than he did.
-Percy Watson's show was already better than Abraham Washington's show with his first line. Didn't see the turn coming, but allowed for a great 20 man Battle Royal.
- I liked that even though Barrett is part of the Nexus, he tells us he is going to be the victor. Then instead they pick apart the guys on the outside. Hilarious. That guy is turning into a very good promo man, and the Nexus' gang-mentality is going over huge.
That's about it for now. We'll be covering all this on the show later tonight and will go into more detail then.

An Apology For Last Night & TNA iMPACT! Thoughts
Hello WOL-ites!
So there was no show last night because I decided to go and watch LeBenedict James' "decision" on ESPN in Cleveland, where I live. As the whole world knows, our own hometown hero decided to humiliate his fans and friends on live television, and I gotta tell you I really wish I had done the show instead of watching that self-serving egomaniac tear the soul out of my beloved city, hell, even my state. Let me say this: He had every right to go, but did he have to rub our noses in it for an hour last night in front of the whole world? The guy basically took a shit on us, and has now left us high and dry in the free-agency scramble as we thought he was going to live up to his "loyalty" and "family" tatts. Guess that particular ink on his body means absolutely nothing to him because he showed no love for either of those things last night.
With that out of my system, I'd like to give major praise to TNA for putting on an excellent show yesterday (just watched it on my DVR) with some really great matches, good stories, and Beer Money actually getting a win without spitting beer in someone's face.
Here's some thoughts on the program:
The banter between Angelina Love and Madison Rayne got me interested in what may happen this weekend on the Victory Road PPV with them. Madison has her title on the line, while Angelina has put her career on the line which basically tells me that Love will be victorious. Why am I interested then if I know the outcome? Because the DQ stipulation seems to suggest that the original Beautiful People may be getting back together, and that is cause to celebrate. No offense to Rayne and Lacey Von Erich but the original team of Angelina Love and Velvet Sky was a MUCH stronger faction. By the way, it was great to see Daffney back in the ring.
I'm still not really convinced that Ric Flair getting in the ring again is such a good idea. The man is ancient, not to mention he'll have to keep up with the younger and faster Jay Lethal. Lethal and Flair are gonna have to work very hard to not make this match a total debacle.
Joe vs RVD was really fun to watch. I know critics are gonna bitch about TNA giving us this match on cable instead of on PPV but I for one applaud them for giving us this. That's the essence of TNA people. They're the "people's promotion." They are giving us what we want, and I thank them for it. I am still wondering though where they're going with this whole ECW faction gig they have going. They need to pull the trigger on that sooner than later.
Speaking of fun to watch, how great was the ladder match between X-Division Champion Doug Williams and Jeremy Buck?! I thought the bit with Williams being afraid of heights was great, and is gonna put a spin on this weekends ladder match that I'm not sure has been done before. The best part of that match though was the young Buck. Jeremy is agile, lightening fast, and entertaining as all hell! I wish TNA would push Gen Me more than they have. Max has some unbelievable talent as well, and they work unbelievably well together.
The bit with Anderson, Jeff and Abyss at the end was ok for what it was. To me it didn't pick up until RVD made the save and Van Daminator'd the hell out of the "Monster." Just a thought, but if Abyss is never gonna use that weapon then why have it at all? Atleast if he had a barbed-wire bat or something I could see it being brought out, but who the hell is gonna take a swipe from that thing?
Anyways, a great show and definitely worth watching. By the way, don't ever expect me to tell you what to watch if you DVR'd the show. Either watch it or don't, but I'm not gonna pretend to tell you what YOU should like.
